Do not wanna stress too much on this... But seriously, just wanna let u all know, DHL do not deliver on Sat & Sun unless special cases. They also do not offer late evening delivery anymore (at this moment), which is from 7pm-9pm (they previously did). Just do not want you all have wrong perception on the delivery time. Of course if DHL offers to deliver it to you on Sat / Sun, why not? But if they say no, they are not wrong...

Added on August 30, 2010, 10:45 pmWell, sometimes when u using a CC issued by foreign bank, the payment wouldn't go thru and it will tells you "your card could not be authorize" then you know they alrdy pre-detect it's a foreign card But sometimes even if it go thru, there's a chance your order will be on pending mode.

i dont agree with this. i myself have used 2 different cards but shipping address same. 3 days after making second order, i got the email say my second order kena cancel

Added on August 31, 2010, 5:50 amsorry hor but this not true. just last saturday dhl supposed to deliver to me and when they found me not at home they come again on sunday so they working 24/7 365 days a year at least when it comes to delivering apple products

I wanna my experience.I ordered 5 august.shipment supposedly by 27th n receive by 30 august.until 20th I haven't receive any confirmation email until 23th I receive email fr apple ID proof team.now I know why till then I didn't receive any confirmation email.

The I'D proof team call me but at that time um at prayer.after prayer try to call them many times but wasted 10+minutes of waiting.then I email my Malaysian ID no,IC n credit card billing address to them.

Until 26th I didn't receive any email fr them.on 28 I receive confirmation email fr apple saying my new delivery date is 23th September.WTH

so yesterday I'm in no mood to get thus phone.I even email back to I'D proof team saying I'm disappointed bcoz of them my delivery is further delay to additional 1 month n ask them to cancel my order.ady frustrated.

Dunno what kind of miracle,suddenly today receiv email fr apple my phone to receive by 1st September

I think I have to agree with you regarding the delivery on saturday and sunday. For Saturday, I can 100% say they will deliver. All 3 times they send my shipment on Saturday. The first shipment they send in on Friday but I was not home. So they send again the next day which is a Saturday. Yet, I was not home again. I requested for them to send the next following Saturday and they did it without any questions.

From what yinyum said, they do not deliver "unless special case". So I would like to ask, the 3 times that I ordered count as special case? I think not. The DHL man will come twice(Delivery day and the next day) and if both times you are not home, you can assign to any delivery date you want.

For Sunday, they might and might not deliver because I understand Sunday is an off day.

Just to double check, when you said credit card billing address, do you mean S'pore credit card billing address?

so 2nd order fail because of same addresses?

Inside the apple store order I put Singapore address,but when the ID proof team ask for the jpg file of my credit card statement which shows my billing address,I copy to them my Malaysian CC address

No, they will not require your old SIM card. Burn it, break it, slap it - it's yours to keep.


Nope, they don't include the bumper, but they have a "Free Case" program that allows you to get one. Read this post for more info.


You can't. You may put the billing address as a Malaysian address with an extra digit in the postcode (because SG postcodes have 6 digits), but that's about it. Apple SG doesn't ship out of Singapore.

btw guys, wanna ask u guys something... when it is cancelled, what would they say to u?
