just want to know ip4 sold through Singapore online store, is it just for Singaporean or anyone can buy? I browse through the web nothing mention iP4 just for Singaporean (or maybe I miss look)

not only for Singaporean. Anyone, regardless or nationality can order, as long as you have Sg CC and your delivery address is in Sg

1) so CC billing address we put our msian home address with singapore postcode?

2) shipping address we put in singapore full address?

3) or we put both CC billing address and shipping address using singapore full address?

4) billing contact- should i put my own msia contact no. or put my fren's singapore contact no.?
