Latissima helps u to add milk into the espresso automatically. So it can helps u make Capp or Latte.
Citiz with Aerocino is more for those who like control of their milk. You are able to control the amount of milk and might also explore the art of latte design (design with Doraemon, Leaf those things)

Thanks for your reply smile.gif

Been reading on reviews on both Citiz and Latissima. I usually have my coffee with milk. Both machines are great actually just need to decide on one.

I read that the Latissima you have settings on milk level so that should be good to customize. But also read that the milk canister's straw turns yellow or sometimes milk turns stale at the tube and nozzle (worse case even read bout maggots!).

Guys,

I'd like to change the current discussion a lil if you may.

I am currently scouting around for coffee making machines.

The thing is, i am not even sure what are the price ranges or even where around Klang valley that i could go to for;

a) a cheap but reliable machine
b) good coffee beans

I am not really knowledgeable in coffee but I'd love to have a machine at my new place.

Looking to make good of cappucinos/espressos and even lattes smile.gif

cheers!

a) if you have friends from nestle, you could ask that friend of yours to buy a coffee machine (not sure what the brand is) for RM300, the retail price is around RM500. i will get mine next week. tak sabar.

b) looking for them as well

Nespresso is not 3-in-1. It is 1-in-1. no milk or sugar added in the capsules

In my experience, doesn't work. The milk foam produced by the aerocinno is somehow a different composition. Google tells me you need proper steam-wanded milk to do latte art, so I'm interested to know if you've managed to make it work.

My office pantry has a machine like that. the coffee beans sit on a container on top, press a button, it grinds and pulls out a shot (or more) of espresso. It's a big beast though, not sure if the company makes home sizes.

There are a lot of different machine in the market, mayb you can check it out in Harvey Norman. They do carry brand like Philips, De-longgi,Krups....But a fully automated machine will cost you at least rm2 -3k.

Where can I find a 2 in 1 coffee grinder + strainer? Is there such a thing? For a budget of maybe RM 250?

Got my DG Circolo last week. After a frustrating hour in trying to complete the First Use steps, managed to get it going with my second call to DG. Need to lift the back water container to release the air trapped inside the piping.

Trying different flavours. Don't like the Chai tea flavour.

Noted that there were some coffee left in the capsules after use. Now shaking the capsules to loosen the solids inside before use and also increased the volume by 1 notch.

Beside DG, any other place to get the capsules? Amazon?

my office using this one and quite small enough for home use

user posted image

but i will stay away from it for home use because you have to clean it frequently.

i planning to get this one which is using capsule. the taste is similar if not better than the coffee beans. Nice coffee beans cost quite exp and cheaper one doesn't taste good
