there's only AP set for white Desire, for price, you can try to survey at the Garage Sales section, should be 1.6k+

battery cannot lasting as in? it will spoil easily or battery drainage?
if you're talking about battery drainage, most smartphones are about the same
if you're talking about easily spoiled, never seen such cases before

Mine is AP 1.6K. Big high resolution screen sure eat battery

I might be jumping to the android family..=D..I have some phones in my mind but i need to ask for opinion here..My budget is 800-900..Phones that i have in mind are SE X8,X10 mini pro..Do both of the phones recommend for gaming??You guys can still me other option..Thanks guys..

would suggest you to go for LG Optimus One P500 (RM899) instead,
it comes preloaded with the Froyo (Android 2.2)

I own X8, but for light gaming i recommend you LG Optimus One..(Froyo n Multitouch) Games using multitouch is no problem.

but i dont really like lg's design though..X8 is nicer..

but X8 comes with Android 1.6,
and in the future only upgrading to 2.1,
whereas Optimus One comes preloaded with 2.2 already waiting for 2.3 update in the future.
Android version is a VERY significant factor in choosing an Android phone.
thus personally would advise you to get LG Optimus One.

adrianzz: I would go for the LG as I feel software is more important than looks. If looks is important you can get even much cheaper phones. For Androids, one should buy one with the latest software or at least upgradeable to Froyo 2.2 minimum ; able to upgrade to 2.3 is a bonus

even with custom ROM,
so far only Eclair ROM is available for X8
and not everyone will be bothered to root their phone and tinker with custom ROMs

new desire hd depends on where u buy it,
if we telco plan cheap around 1.6k i think
if dont have telco plan, around 2k+++++.

for specs, just compare them in htc website.

i think budget is not a problem for me..i just wondering is it really worth to spend more few hundred for desire HD or normal desire is already good enough..
