Mine is on July 19 so and my unit is from Block K.

i think regardless when the SPA is signed, they will release all units at once. at least that's what the SA told me la... so the late buyers will get their units same time as the earliest buyers..

i guess so since most of the units are ready.

I dont think all will get handover the same time. I didnt receive any letter fr Sunway yet. Mine is Block N.

i went to site visit last sunday, the toilet mirror already install...

but the alarm controller, kitchen basin and the painting still not yet done...

so i think 15/6 should not able get key for all buyer...

some more they haven't bill us for the remaining ...

i will start renovation as soon as possible when get key... then after renovation done only move in... estimate end of this year...

a bit headache for the extension coz exiting fencing already so nice...
if need to extend then have to remove the foundation and rebuild...else exiting foundation cannot support ...

Stumble upon this thread while googling some info on SAS Phase 1C. I got a unit there, was one of the early buyers I guess, got it way before the show house was built.

Great to see the folks here are all super nice in the thread. I've yet to get the letter for the 1.4K charges. Will probably give a call to them tomorrow.

Anyone want to recommend good renovation/wiring/etc company?

So far no but i found a one-stop contractor able to do everything for me including extending the kitchen. Maybe I can share the info if anyone interested.

today went to sales office... the SA say all CF alr pass... key will giving by batch, not all will get the key at the same time...

but when the 1st batch take key still dunno... but soon..

Sweet. That means they hav finished up the touch up and installation work.

By the way is SAS termite or white ants free? Wonder whether Sunway did a treatment before.
