i think d place has improved tremendously ever since mgmt installed cctvs. i was there a few wks ago. mgmt did post up pic on d board to shame these non civic minded people. i think thats d way to go n d condo will get gd repo.

anyway d subsale price is fantastic. d pool is so huge where to find n d surrounding area within d condo itself is so spacious if compare with many new dev n very expensive.

nothing much to complain as long as mgmt keep up d gd work. with so little we pay at dev price its a steal. more than happy with d present price.

yes gila if u r one of d lucky ones who had bgt 1st phase with 7% rebate for 18mths u will drool all d way to d bank esp if u had bgt more than one. im one of d lucky ones nothing to complain except with fat pocket collecting rental monthly. real gila.

u must be d ones who condemn this dev saying cowboy town, drug addicts mining area n god knows what sarcastic remarks but dont dare to invest. when price sky rocket n u miss d boat become angry n sour. All those who had d guts to invest around that time not only 1120 reap d fruits. Bravo to d brave hearts.

This place is an absolute shithole. Their recent visitors policy is so stupid it's beyond belief.

First, it's clear they got the residents/visitors drive in lane wrong by putting the resident's lane next to the guard house. This means whenever a visitor comes, the poor guards must walk past the resident's cars to register the guests.

Instead of moving the card reader to the other lane, they spend the money on non-essential things like stainless steel benches at the lobbies.

And now to make things worse, they require all visitors to park, get out of their car, and register at the guard house before driving in, EVEN for pickup/dropoff. Their reason? It's dangerous for the guards.....

I've never seen any apartment, expensive or low cost, demand visitors to do this. What's more there are only 2 parking lots, servicing that many blocks worth of visitors? Remember visitors also means vendors like TM/furniture delivery etc etc..

What a stupid way to do things.

FYI.
I been staying at The Straits View Condominium, JB during business trip and it has the same residents/visitors drive in lane system. Visitor require to go to guard house and provide IC as a proof(guard not keeping IC) during registration.

There's ample visitor parking space inside the compound. The 2 parking in front of the guard house is for pick-up or temporary parking for registration purpose before the visitors drive in. Is it really a big hassle for you to just come out of your car to register for a few minutes? If you don't want to register, just ask whoever you want to pick up to walk out and wait at the guard house. You are just a visitor. If you don't like, then don't go there anymore. Its that simple. Small things like this also want to complain like its a big frigging deal. Different condo's have different rules and regulations. There are reasons why things are implemented. Somethings you might feel unnecessary but are welcomed by the residents staying there.
