agree, the management may be poor. but with so many tenants creating these problems, diff also for the new management.

You haven't seen terrible yet. Terrible is when the cleaners use the same lift to move rubbish that you take every day. Oh the smell and the flies....

i agree the management has to improve, in fact a lot of improvement is needed. however, resources is always limited, it incurs costs to repair problems pertaining vandalism and littering. at the end of day, it involves both parties for the betterment of the place.

Omg, me have seen medium cost aprtments wit much better environment than these...tats the poblem, me think many gurus given prior advices, but some posters tink we making things up..anyway, just becareful when driving around the area, much like Boulevard at Damansara, many motorcycles and Potong cars driving dangerously...these people short fused and highly stressed due to their status...

this shooting incident took place on DBKL territory (nearer towards Riverville) instead of PA1120 (on MBPJ side).

That's true, but it doesn't take away the fact that the whole area is notorious for crime. From Sri Sentosa, all the way to Sri Manja and Medan Baru. Lots of cases in the past year itself, snatch thief robberies and also gang mugs, some even making it to mainstream newspapers.
