This place is an absolute shithole. Their recent visitors policy is so stupid it's beyond belief.
First, it's clear they got the residents/visitors drive in lane wrong by putting the resident's lane next to the guard house. This means whenever a visitor comes, the poor guards must walk past the resident's cars to register the guests.
Instead of moving the card reader to the other lane, they spend the money on non-essential things like stainless steel benches at the lobbies.
And now to make things worse, they require all visitors to park, get out of their car, and register at the guard house before driving in, EVEN for pickup/dropoff. Their reason? It's dangerous for the guards.....
I've never seen any apartment, expensive or low cost, demand visitors to do this. What's more there are only 2 parking lots, servicing that many blocks worth of visitors? Remember visitors also means vendors like TM/furniture delivery etc etc..
What a stupid way to do things.
Cut the useless complaints dude. If you dont like to stay there, many would wanna take your place. It's such a nice and convenient location to live in around pj. This condo has been improving from time to time thanks to the resident community in collaboration with the management of Park Avenue 1120. So instead of bringing up some stupid comment in the forum, why not suggest to the management team or contribute something to the condo if you're a resident or tenant there. Dont just be 'pro' at condemning. First, it's clear they got the residents/visitors drive in lane wrong by putting the resident's lane next to the guard house.
