Cut the useless complaints dude. If you dont like to stay there, many would wanna take your place. It's such a nice and convenient location to live in around pj. This condo has been improving from time to time thanks to the resident community in collaboration with the management of Park Avenue 1120. So instead of bringing up some stupid comment in the forum, why not suggest to the management team or contribute something to the condo if you're a resident or tenant there. Dont just be 'pro' at condemning. smile.gif

Dude .. you just a visitor. Nobody forcing you come in.

When I visit my friend condo, I have to park outside. At least you can park inside.

wonderful place with d price we pay a pittance. ample parking space for visitors. nice layout throughout d surrounding with cctvs at specific places. huge pool compared with anor condo i bgt more than double d price n just received keys. gd management to go with.

nothing else to complain except pay maintenace promptly n d place will appreciate further n all will be happy. rented both my units n tenants pay promptly n all is well n gd. happy with d purchase.

Hi, heard there were many break-in cases happen in this condo. any improvement? Im planning to rent one unit here. i have viewed some and they are only have grill installed at yard and main door only and those rooms and sliding door without grill.

I think it was only during the first few months...the suspect been nabbed. now never heard it of anymore.

About 185 incl sinking for the smallest unit. Peak hours quite jam most of the time. The strech before exiting to pantai expressway in d morning will jam n after d u turn heading to old klang road. Evening is d u turn there will jam.
