In my view the location isn’t the best. Sort of on the outskirts or fringe of the city.

Maybe in the future with Revived Pudu jail project - the whole area will be better but otherwise it looks like a “slum”.

At the management office able to get the info.
14k+ outstanding amount not covered by the bank including water bill of course (since this is suite - commercial loan)
Judging from the monthly water bill, very irregular (got high low period), I guess is an obvious airbnb/operator/hotel leased back unit.

Anyway, hearsay unit being called off. Owner managed to save the unit from the hammer in the end.

If you win, you let us know ... otherwise no one will know.
Treat it as a windfall if is furnished after opening the front door.

Even if furnished now .... all furnishing gone on auction date at discretion of defaulter !
