type A - 550sf.
is it the same floor as per the gardens? there are garden floors at every 5 floors if i'm not mistaken.
garden floors are much more attractive.

1260psf = 693k absolute.

i think still okay geh.
rental rate is approx RM3 to 3.5k/mth

mati mati about 5% gross yield.

no comment lah. do own due d please.  tongue.gif

VP 08.04.2011.
then i think renovation cool off period approx 6 months.
so contract only started on 08.10.2011
so fast renewal stage now? 2.5 years?

2500per month for 550sf is how many % of original price?
7%?
you need to be careful whether the RM2500pm is inclusive or exclusive of maintenance charges.
if excluded, jialat. if included, still can consider.
another point is who needs who more?
if most or all owners refuse to renew, the hotel close shop?

I notice the ranking of SGR has climbed a few hundred places to No. 19 on Propwall. Any reason? How Propwall calculate the ranking in the first place?
