Prima Guide waste of time usually out of date but they make good book decorations for your shelf

Okay, I can't seem to shift to the US districts as I'm stuck with the Europe and International districts only... Any ideas?

Just holler and you will get someone there's usually someone around to do it. If all fails I will create a char sometime tonight so u can finish it off but you need to be on US server. There's where most of us are

Hmm you should be able to change to US district. You have 4 times to do it if I recall

Errr, care to elaborate on how to do that? As it is, I change districts in the town area... What's the procedure to change to other regions on the whole? (You know, the GW manual is so dumbed down that its hard to get straight facts from it)

On Page 43 of this thread, and my bad was 5 but here it is anyway

Please be aware that there is a maximum limit of 5 territory changes for the lifetime of your account. Once all 5 changes have been used, your last choice will be FINAL.

You can change the territory in which your character will begin based on the region you prefer. In other words, if you have selected the American territory, your characters will begin in that territory along with all the other players that have selected the same territory. However, if you later decide you would rather play in the European territory because of your language preferences or because you would like to join your friends in that region, you will be able to change your territory setting to this newly desired territory.

Please remember that regardless of the territory you've selected, you can still use the International Districts to play with other people around the world.

To change the territory setting for your Guild Wars account:

- Log into your Guild Wars account and click the Edit Account button in the lower left corner of the character selection screen.

- Select the Change Territory option followed by the Next button in the lower right corner.

- On the Change Territory screen, you will be informed of the territory to which your account is set, and how many more times you can change that territory.

- Select the new territory you would like to join, then click the newly highlighted Change button in the bottom right corner.

- You should receive a message stating your account location has successfully been changed and your account is now located in the new territory you selected. Click the OK button.

Again, there is a strict limit of five (5) territory changes for the entire lifetime of your account. This change counter will not be reset, and the Guild Wars Support Team will not be able to assist you with territory changes once your limit has been reached.

zaakath: Thanks for that... If you'd have just said "Edit Account", I'd have gotten it... Anyways, didn't know about the 5 territory change limit.

But, seriously, the manual sucks ass... There is absolutely NOTHING on the interface in it (Except for combat and skills which is pretty straightforward)

Hoho, this quest is easy, you just need to party anyone then go through the gate and the quest is done. Just hollar and someone will reply or invite you, there you go for it.

Hi everyone, I've been reading alot about Guild Wars and I'm really tempted to get it and try it out....but I'd like some opinions and first-hand views from u guys who're playing it now
coz the last MMORPG i played was RO waaaay back when it was in beta...and i've tried others since then like Rose, TS online, maple....I get really bored with the lvl grinding and doing the same stuff liao (dunno how i tahan with RO )
