probably a defect product .
twice is like super rare occasion . i've used normal pipe water to flush my rad previously . even at that pressure the rad can still withstand . so yes, its not the pump or waterflow problem . |

nice catch bro . that's probably 1 of the reason as well . screw for rad is very important u get definite length . even a bit longer would puncture it . |
