I'm curious, when the DHD is released by SIS, will the price difference with the AP set now be very big?
Cos if it isn't THAT big of a difference. I might buy it tomorrow. IF i can find it lar.
And is it recommended to get an AP set?

you can't find it tomorrow as the release has been delay ...
different between Ap and ori should be a couple of hundred ...
and if you're going to straight away root it,
i don't think its much different getting an AP set.

Usually people who sell it early tends to markup the price (very high) .. so I expect the actual price will be lower and if comes with mobile plan will be lower too.

I remember someone selling IPhone 4 with RM3k before it was launch in Malaysia. LOL ... Not just that, actually got people buy .. ROFL.

SIS is Mas distributor of HTC handset..

I'd say the NexusOne is the BEST android phone I have ever used. I sold it off to get a Galaxy S ( mainly cos the bigger screen) and I regretted it after using the SGS a few days. The SGS is the worst android phone I have used so far even after root/apply lag fixes and tried several roms inckuding Froyo. Even my HD2 on android and present Dell Streak gives better performance than the SGS.

yeah.. i also agree that Nexus One is the best android that i've ever used. slightly better than HTC desire eventhough all reviews rate Desire above Nexus One, mainly because of HTC Sense. But with devs port the htc sense to Nexus One, i can say there's nothing special about Desire anymore

I wonder why HTC decided to give smaller capacity battery to the HD. even though the reason might be they believe in their new processor that is on paper consumes less power, there's no harm for them to use the same battery the desire used..

btw, the worst android for me is still the xperia x10.

wondering should get a all new Htc Desire HD or just get the Htc Desire 2nd hand. Because not sure will Maxis ever getting in the Desire HD and the plans.

Hope maxis does bring it in and hope wont be THAT many ppl queuing up for it like iphone, i hate to wait.

What the possible chance you get a second hand? I mean the phone is pretty awesome and it's new. Unless it's the first batch of product with problems?
