ooops i know di hehe.. act i just got o2 xda II mini, my dad just gave me cos this phone got prob eventhough i got nokia 6680 im gonna try to use o2.. my dad said it sometimes hangs but he bought same o2 but 2nd hand lar cost 1000 but that guy never use it!!! so now me n my dad got o2 mini

upgrade the rom lor new rom 1.12 ... i am using it after my old rom 1.11 force me to do hard reset ... this few days ok ... but the 3rd party software sometimes hang but dunno which one ... ehmmm
my advise update ur rom Ya lucky u have a savvy dad ... |

any thoughts that o2 mini can be upgraded to windows mobile 5?.....how to do it?....cuz hp pda already can upgrade...

i see...but any ideas how to upgrade?....im not sure where to get the proper wm5 upgrade....anyways, is it possible to revert back to wm 2003 after upgrading wm5?

The answer is YES ~! u can downgrade and upgrade !but u need to flash it ... But SAD , MINI cannot upgrade to WM5.0 coz the ROM size and the RAM also ~!  |

i already update the rom via o2 connect....what rom and ram size is needed for wm5?....if i still want to upgrade wat will happen to my mini?....slow?

i got the wm5 upgrade already....found it....should i upgrade it on my mini?....how to revert it back to wm 2003 later?....wanna see wats wm5 diff...

errr wm5 is much faster and much nicer design......besides it uses rom to save your files so no need worry wipe out unlike our o2 mini wm2003
anyway i think its too slow to be put on o2 mini.....but you can try and gif us feedback.. |

I think there wont be any prototype or official ROM release of WM5 for Mini, is oledi repeating thousand times in forum.xda-developers.com.
Basic hardware requirement is supported but there are no ppl either from Microsoft or O2 specially build those WM5 drivers for our precious Mini. So meaning is NO NO NO, do you think O2 will spend time upgrade our Mini to WM5 or sell more Atom to customers? |

i aldi search through all the web and there's no WM5 support for MINI . so, u need to buy new PDA in order to get the new WM5 ~! pity, MINI o2 |
