if there r programs running at the back for sure it will drain the batt ... for me if i play worms that will drain all my batt smile.gif

why buy inspiron ?? better stick wz latitude ... beware of ur lcd screen very sensitive my friend one rosak already ... good thing 3 yrs warranty smile.gif
*
Yeah..Bought Inspiron already cos I needed their light 12.1" for travelling. No problems for this model's LCD and its very good with minimal light leakage compared to the other Inspiron models like the 6000,9000 which have bigger screens. The only LCD problem I had was dead-pixels and I got it changed during waranty and even got a better screen for it. Lattitude lightweight ones were out of my budget that time. Needed a sub 2kg lappie.

hi im an ex-mini user... one of the best PDA phones I have used biggrin.gif if only it had built in WiFi....
*
Yeah, I wished that too. Using a SDIO Wifi would just drain the batt though. If Mini came with Wifi, there would be no market for ATOM/DOPOD 818 biggrin.gif

well.... generlly i loved the mini... just that it'll hang here and there occasionally...
but it is pretty difficult to sync stuff with the MS activesync... and i can't find free games and applications... hahhaa
*
haha... after some time... you will really love it very much and you can't stand without it not even 1 hour..

p/s: make sure you close all the running program (Start>Setting>System>Running Program>close all) frequently to make more free memory.. to avoid hang problem and battery can last long

DON'T be fooled by silicone casing. It can trap dust inside and this might scratch you O2 Mini in the event of slight knocks/drops.....Clean periodically smile.gif

Normally what i done to run my mini smoothly is:
1. I do close all program after i used it..
2. All new program i install it into my SD card.. so mean in my mini memory only the basic software installed.
3. Try to avoid use any 3rd party software at your TODAY screen (desktop).. such as.. pocket plus.. O2 active.. etc.. At my today screen.. you can see very clean.. only have battery indicator.. it can help more...
4. Please ONLY install software that you really need..
5. I only use stock theme.. haha...

so far i do not facing any hang... lag.. or what ever problem from my mini.. it run smoothly.. smile.gif

p/s: just my opinion.. tongue.gif

Try to isntall SPB pocket plus 3.0, it use only a bit memory and help you to close program whenever memory is running low.

Same here. SPB Pocket Plus won't take that much mem. Just install all programs in SD/MMC card, indicate programs to save files to SD/MMC, use less Today screen programs and you should be fine.
