PdaNet is free from Market.

If you feel rich and wanted to surf secured sites via PdaNet, then you need to shell out some USD to the dev and get the full license.

Hotfile download above is not from a secure link. So I guess there is no need to pay the dev to achieve that speed.

as i remember i used pdanet before.. but the connection will be dc for a certain time.. think like 15min per dc.. that why i use easytether now.. but its long time ago.. what line u use? clcom? mxis? or dg?

I seldom use EasyTether now because the app keep disconnecting me when the download speed is accelerating e.g from 0KB/s to 1XXKB/s in seconds. I don't have that problem with PdaNet.

guys. Help me!!! last night my hero suddenly the lower part of screen not responsive. other than that it response. but sometime the other part also not responsive. dont know what happen.

in the msg, it cannot type latter W, P, backspace, space and several at lower part and at the side.

can someone help me?

before this i flash with tasty gingerbread rom. all work fine. dont know what happen that cause the screen problem.

already flash back with enclair 2.1, the prob still occur. is it hardware faulty guys?

it happened to me on some apps.. suddenly hang with touchscreen malfunction..

i need a help on setting up mobile internet on my HTC Hero..

currently it running on froyo 2.2.1

i bought hotlink hot ticket, mobile internet for 24 hours and already received the confirmation sms..

i go to the maxis website and setting up the APNs according to their direction.. use it to setup for maxis 3G internet, maxis 3G wap.. i follow each of its direction..

and then, i try to use internet browser, open up Facebook.com, it directed to the hotlink website.

it says:-

We're sorry ! The system is not available now. Please try again later.

that happen when is use the APNs for maxis 3g internet.. then i change into maxis 3G wap, it cannot process the webpage, which me no internet connection at all..

i call maxis helpline, the said they reset something, wait for two hours, if still cannot, contact them again... i wait 2 hours, cannot.. then call them again, still cannot..

right now, if i want online for my htc, i use wifi.. no problem at all..

if anyone know what is really happening / solution for this problem, please tell me.. right now im blur, , search all night still cannot find the answer...

Try using Edge instead of 3G and see if that works first.

EDGE mean using 2G connection right? i disable all 3g connection, then try browsing using 2g connection, same problem as above..
it directed me to the hotlink website and said same as above..

Sounds like a problem with the service. Strangely I'm using the 2 weeks pass without any issue, except late at night when the service doesn't seem to work.

i think like that also.. but it start from yesterday until now.. its too obvious.. usually service problem does not take this long..

it happened to me too.. i lost any internet incoming transmission for about 2 days.. only can get for few minutes n gone.. in about 4 days no HSPDA line.. only 3g top.. thats weird..

just wondering how long your battery last after full charge?
for mine, running on 2.21, battery last for half day with minimum usage ( online on 3g regularly)..
or is it my phone are draining my battery out, as from what i read in the internet, there must be some problem with your android if its battery cannot last a day.

mine on 2.1, full time on 2G internet, some calls, SMS, wifi, can last for about 24hrs. sometime a bit less.

any1 have problem with navigation?
