Just flashed villaimrom 13...but how n where can I get this app2sd

anyone know how to upgrade from villainrom12.0 to 13.0? i know the steps but i want to backup my phonebook and apps and everything on my memory card. what to do?

Download and put the zip file into SD/ , reboot into recovery and flash the zip file. then reboot. Thats it.
for backup..apps titanium backup, mybackupro would help. For contact backup..Google contact backup are the best

just wondering.. does rooting voids the warranty?if it is.. what if its about hardware issues.. like the touch screen problem and stuffs?
