i think you should find some ATi temperature monitoring software and start monitoring the temperature...can use GPU-Z to log the GPU temperature every few seconds, that way u can agak agak trace back what's the peak temperature until can lat sao...

don use ATi Tray Tools, incompatible with Steam in-game overlay, using ATT or Evga Precision the steam overlay will not display with u press Shift+Tab

cheapo psu + fan = cm U2 wit 4 fans..

still more powerful than those....
can use to cool the hand also

SXPS 16 got throttling problem but its random, some got it, some don't....
If its still like that, better upgrade the bios and ask from Dell 130W power brick...
