both ways, the card is hot and the cooling system aint really that good either...
by default on earlier batches(not sure on later batches), the heatsink-gpu contact is not good one, not properly pressured. those that disassemble before should notice, the GPU thermal pad, one side got the mark as result of pressure being applied to thermal pad, while the other side like almost nothing at all one..the first time i open up and do it, my temperature actually dropped by 2C on peak, but need some time and a lot of testing to get the right bending angle..i don recommend anyone to do it lol..it's very easy to screw up, and screwing up means 70C idle temp and easily shots up to 100++C on game or even 3D applications

man, u should compare s42 cooling with sxps16 cooling.. u'll find how good is s42's cooling made..

i dont know read who said that sxps16 actually have a very powerful fan... maybe u can download msi afterburner(something like that) to increase the RPM
