@Ryukage, Mind writing a full guide on how to install OSX? including the flash BIOS process and what function (besides hybrid) will we lose from using xp Bios?

I will write a full guide with pics later but for now, the things you will lose/ be prepared for are:

1. ur current OS since u have to format the harddisk completely
2. flash the bios to xp ones for Benq with hybrid feature,
3. no wifi and ethernet for marvell yukon and intel wifi,
4. No HDMI but not sure about vga port
5. lots of time since lots of installing and uninstalling are needed
6. one thumbdrive for mac and a few cd-r

Most probably I'll be writing it in my blog since I need to post some pictures and some files needed for the installation. I'll inform you guys when its ready.

mind to write one for dv6 and hp mini210 ? it depend on the bootloader used ? such as darwin, legacy ??

Well, in general terms, you can use the S42/S41 installation guide also ...its the same (just that S42 need to flash the BIOS to the XP one ), others would be the same

but i still fail~
bcoz some guild need to type command such as -v -f -x to insall, some use -legacy... ><
If the graphic card not supported such as 4650 need to delete the controller some more. so need a better guild rather than roughly guild.
after install need to enter the mac OSX command and do flag update in order to dual boot window with mac OSX. but mine always fail T.T

Added on July 29, 2010, 8:51 amsome ppl used GPT format to install mac osx then just create hybrid for window 7. if used mbr format, ppl said mac OSX need install at the 1st partition follow by window. weird how to create hybrid mbr which triboot? the partition hv boot partition, shared partition and more which upto 7partition

my sound magic PL21 also just use for gym lately..the Xanadu X1100 that i bought a while back i use in office now, but it sucks..thinking of getting audio technica later when got extra money...

beh...screw OSX, move to the wonder of Ubuntu only..u get to keep all ur features(wifi, LAN, HDMI), and with proper skin, ur ubuntu will look just like OSX, only faster speed

Yes, you can ...just need to install the NTFS-manager and should be ok

You can ask Fantasia after this ..he is now installing Ubuntu into SXPS16 ...you want to try also, no need big sized partition, 8~10GB will do

by default your Windows partitions is MOUNTED (like thumb drive)..but NTFS-Manager allows you to MOUNT it permanently as normal partition
