Hey,

your bubble counter same as mine, but not the co2 tank. I am using DIY yeast. Has stopped using cos unstable cos . Grow a lot of BBA..

hi... do u have any info on how to DIY the light?

those set for house is those we use at ceiling right?

can i use a higher flow HOB filter on a smaller tank let say a 30L tank. Was thinking to go for Eheim 2042 320-760l/h output...was thinking i need not upgrade filter when i need a tank upgrade.

will the current too strong & affect my planted or will my fishes have to work out more due to the strong suction from the filter?

diy lights are cheap and easy. but the only downside it doesnt look good lah. have u see those lights usually used for outside lights. lol shops sell thoe lights, inside some is actually pl55watt in it.
or u just buy reflector + lightbulb + ballast.

hobs can adjust the flow right i think.if the flows too powerful later ur tank like taufan inside. susah lah

yeah..the HOB filter can adjust,but no idea how much it can be set..need some eheim HOB filter owner to shed some light.

dont need pm me... u just go normal electrical shop that sell those house light or bulb... tell them you want PLL 55WATT light... they will give you... that's it... not even RM50...

Added on November 30, 2010, 5:16 pmlet me enlight you more,
if you room bulb spoil... where you go buy the new bulb and replace? from there you ASK for 55WATT PLL light... all PLL light is the same with different casing nia... ask for CASING...
