Business will be difficult to sustain. Not many will want to drive there and park inside a car park complex. Unless they can offer outdoor parking for convenience

To sustain, only the better premium f&b are preferred, which is lacking at this part of the township. |

Just drove by there. They have removed the hoarding. You can see the front lobby and façade clearly from the road.
