Hi, i'm in the midst of purchasing a unit at Tropicana Height Kajang.
My loan had been approved, and i'm looking for a referral to split the referral fees.

Terms and Condition as below:

1. Percentage of splitting: 60/40 (Buyer/Referral)
2. Considering the referral fees will be given to referral by cheque, I'll opt for advanced cash payment from you, where i'll be signing my S&P, and paying my downpayment, as well as nominating u as my referral.

*The estimated referral fees is 1.5% of purchasing price. (~RM12k)
