Agent also like this. They just simply quote 20-40% higher and tell that it is market price. Marketing price is actually a price in which bigger group of buyer's will be interested to buy or purchased already. In other word, price point in which the buyer think it is reasonable enough o trigger the buying action.

I am not saying it is not reasonable. I am just reflecting that the many agents simply claimed market price by multiplying certain percentage to your buying price especially to newly VP project.. Well, this could really be the so called market price in certain case. however, we are seeing many project being price at higher right after VP and slowly moving down due to competition. This is especially in the past 1 year.
