1000psf is minimum la, TA seems more luxury. Nearby potpourri already selling over 900psf, lumi 800psf, both also under construction.

Casa tropicana 400psf? Show me I give you 20k yum cha lui.

Casa Tropicana is old, limited facilities but share by approximately 1000 units, sorry to say ah pig ah dog also can go in and out, inside casa tropicana you don't know who is resident who is thief.

TA n TG totally different class of product..TG is a luxury apartment with stunning facade, Jerde mall, direct MRT, retail shops like giza dataran opposite while TA is high end with some retail downstair, closer to tropicana but facade nt impressive cry.gif cry.gif

yes for commercial as open for public , but resident unit is totally not.

i stay there more than 5 year , i can see good manaegement and safety is one of selling point of casa tropicana ,try to ask resident here.

dont simple judge old building if you not staying there.

I have 2 units in block A and C. 1420sf high floor and 1006sf low floor facing golf. Both tenanted.

Casa is old, ah pig ah dog can go in, facilities is limited, look at the gym room, my god....badminton court is not in good condition, pool is small for 5 blocks of residents, workers from restaurants walking in and out deliverying food, facilities share by 1000 household is fact. Sorry if that hurt your feeling but these are the facts.

I think casa has more than 20 nationality residents staying in there. Bangla can walk in and out, tell the guard you drop off or pick up only then you don't have to show your ID. Although security has improved since 2013 but still not good, I don't understand why this has become a selling point. Many agents said casa selling point is affordable, not security.

No hard feeling mate. You can disagree but these are my opinions and findings.

TG is undercon leh, now 1050-1200psf, after completion maybe 1300-1500psf maybe. TA 1100psf sure no run chicken la.

lrt 3 need 6yrs holding power brows.gif mrt 2 yrs to go (same time TG VP).. casa tropicana so bad meh? i only know its high dense la so will attract some problems cry.gif cry.gif

ask you tenant are they feel safe ? any break in case ?
any issue for food delivery as it is controlled and monitor by management.
any issue with 20 nationality ? TA and garden is limited to some nationality?
any proof bangla (non worker) walk in n out ?

that is few tier security and resident only can access to thier floor.
why not you complaint to jmb n management if you really see an issue on security ?

facilies is limited but still got lap pool, play pool , few play ground, tennis court , badminton/basketball court ,sauna ,gym ,pingpong compare to TA.what else you want ?and how much you paying for maintaince fees ?

advise you sold your unit if you feel bad with casa, for me main value and priority staying in condo is security and feel safe not those fancy facilities.
