Received SMS from agent saying that market price for TA is 960psf and he has ready buyer who willing to pay 920psf.
My friend who was a senior management in tropicana corp and now a top management in a boutique developer told me that Dato Dickson bought most of the retail lots and set up a team to manage the shops. |

McD, Chatime, Starbucks, Kenny Rogers, Wendy's, Papa John, 7-11? I would prefer a bank, a market, a post office, some restaurants would be nice. I got all of the above (except Wendy's) at Tropics currently, super convenient. Love it. |
