must also compared to their original ground position too lah.
from afar, grande looks shorter than avenue.
and also should study their floor to floor height. not just no. of storeys.

compare ground level position, i think avenue easily gained like 8 storeys or more compared to TG?
TG located next to a retention pond? low point?
TA located almost top of the hill?

Received SMS from agent saying that market price for TA is 960psf and he has ready buyer who willing to pay 920psf.

My friend who was a senior management in tropicana corp and now a top management in a boutique developer told me that Dato Dickson bought most of the retail lots and set up a team to manage the shops.

Will Berjaya comes to help?
McD, Chatime, Starbucks, Kenny Rogers, Wendy's, Papa John, 7-11? I would prefer a bank, a market, a post office, some restaurants would be nice.

I got all of the above (except Wendy's) at Tropics currently, super convenient. Love it.
