Office n residence are sold out, left with retail units.

The office lot sales were not moving at all, tan sri ordered them to clear the stock therefore they came up with 20 + 3% discount and sold out in a week.

The service apartment only 50% sold after one year, and sold out after tropicana garden reach 1100psf. 3 + 3% if sign spa in 14 days and 5% staff discount.

10ksf grocer is small but will also compete with tg grocer..post office shld be quite impossible given they need low rental place.. this little retail will serve the nearby condo n tropicana resident...
