Bro, lrt station is out on wikimapia.. exact location will be VERY close with lumi (too close almost 30m hehe). do check it out..

Unfortunately, the curve/cornering of the track is right in front of TA

When you mention MRT in Damansara Heights and Bangsar... they are actually quite far out from DH/Bangsar. It's just the name of the station. For as far as I know, Residents in TTDI and BU are all up against LRt/MRT lines passing into their area, currently you can see so many banners against the LRT line in BU residential area, that's why the line take a detour to DU Uptown commercial before going to One Utama.

Tropicana itself is a medium high to high end area, I do not see many residents here will utilize the LRT. Anyway, I see that Grande is much nearer to the tracks than TA... they should b the one to make loudest protest.

Tropicana Corp.. has the duty to get this line out of this area

I don't understand. MRT1 passing by TG makes it possible for TG to sell at RM1,100psf. So, what so bad about LRT3 passing by Lumi? Better, no?

Yes but mrt corp has massive sound barries n lrt may not have it as we have seen in the past.. Good for lumi still but it might be a bit too close.. Any retails below lumi? like those shops etc?

Oh ya the curve into bayu puteri/merchant square right? MRT track in DH will be 40m from RM4mil one menerung condo.. Also close to some bungalows n future serai bangsar condo.. Tropicana is a high end area n the alignment is thr for those working near lian hoe n residents.. I have seen locals walking to/droppped off at bangsar lrt who look like bangsar ppl, so maybe tropicana ppl will take the LRT too..

I bliv tropicana corp worked hard to bring the line in

as tropciana resident , i not really like LRT 3 , cause LRT 3 line not really attractive and helping the comminuty here and it also bring the jam during contruction .
of cause if MRT line will be different because connected station is mature commercial area.

if not build in front my condo , i wont reject it qua and wish have a bridge connected from avenue to station since it build up

Alignment line also out on wikimapia.. can see those blakc lines.. closest to TA end will be around 300m as spian mention b4..

stay near MRT track i no good unless the track is underground. the sound is damn irritating and frequent. next to station you will constantly hear station announcment. ding dong, train approaching to bangsar. ding dong train approaching to mutiara damansara. ding dong, please keep clear of the track.

lumi really near the station, BBB ? TA is walking distance not sure having cover walk lane to the station pass by park there?

Do u know lumi sales n current price? like d design but need to have major premium for golf facing cos other side LRT n NKVE view..

should be 750-800 psf beside is 3 big office tower ~ maybe can rent a good price ~

750-800psf is indeed fairvalue esp fr those golf units.. Funny how no one or very few interested in Lumi...same architect as Capers..
