good news for auction houses la. M City auctions building up. Only recently VPed, expect it to pickup next year when Arte+ VPs and more competition here. The 364k auction seems decent though.

All i believe were those who lined up to goreng last time..and u still see tis scene in some pojeka now...people who always believe prices will up up up without taking oter factors into consideration withoit stopig to hink they r buying future price but just follow herd mentality without thinking for themselves

under different banks.
and I believe some banks holding up many defaulted units as well. will only release into market once a similar unit got dispose off (somebody bid for it). this is how bad the market currently is in deep trouble.

Rental too competitive along the Jalan. More new units are coming along the Jalan too. How many residential units along the Jalan or beside the Jalan?

Now already doing so bad Elements and M City, future really no eyes see this area.
