Worst yet to come. Expect more and more projects selling much under the market value in next couple of years. 740k for this unit is so so, might be cheap now but expensive in coming years.

Hi guys, recently learn about this project, went there today to look at a couple units to rent.
Decided to come back to check how much the units going for sale for because I kinda like the place and the layout. whats the market price currently for the 705sqft units - the ones with 1 actual bedroom (i.e. with an actual door that closes) ?
