Heard Elements drop to as low as RM1.4k fr partly furnished n RM1.55k for furnished..not long ago asking rental was circa 2.5k FF n this is before M City n Arte VP! All rates quoted before nego

Updated Density in the area:
Elements 1000 units over 2.7 acres, M City got 1500 units+commercial over 4.95 acres, arte 1163 over 2 acres, astoria 1216 units over 5.7 acres, reizz residence 495 units over duno how many acres.. Total: 5495 units over 17 acres at least 325 units per acre (excl reizz). All this numbers are excluding D Rapport's 1.1k units fr phase 1 alone, 3 towers 512 units, novo ampang's 421 and the likes... did i miss anything out? Wishing investors ALL THE BEST |
