Nah... dont blame them. I think IceFrog cant update the version much as WCG is imminent. Btw, he already have 2 new items made, just that not stable yet thus it's not found in the latest release.

Well of course you can't expect much changes to be implemented. Icefrog and co. are not proffesionals like the brilliant minds from Blizzard (which even then, most have left).
