You need to go back don't know which version of this thread , there got link to register without cc.

I managed to register without a credit card 2 years ago. My friend tried to register a few months ago, a valid US credit card required as well so he gave up. I guess now it's no longer possible to register a US account without a US credit card as it checks for valid billing address.

u can setup a US itunes a/c by using an itunes gift card code bought from any US store instead of using a US-issued credit card.

yes, you'd still need someone in the US to help u buy the gift card and email you the code. iirc minimum value is US$15. there used to be a guy in the Garage Sale forum that sold these gift cards. u can PM him if he still does that. http://forum.lowyat.net/user/e_trade_pj

Not yet decided. Although I already pre-order at Amazon but may change plan if price still so expensive.

I can't remember how I did it last January, but I registered iTunes through free apps (so, no cc was required) & I googled a valid US address to complete my registration. Err... and I have both - US & M'sia iTunes account...

Hopefully it is not "Milo Tin Man" casing....

that is limited collectors edition so maybe later sold out. limit for 30000 units. but for $35, maybe not

tried just now still able to select "none", without need credit card.

1. go to itunes store USA
2. select any free apps
3. opt for create new account
4. fill in email and password (email not registered with any other itunes account i.e. malaysia acc.)
5. on the next page, fill in valid US address, select none for payment
6. complete the registration

shipped 12th July... ketam release 16th July... arrived 19th July...
