just got my sc2 today , pre ordered from software botique . Quite dissapointed with the service , promising me t-shirt and dog tag , but failed to deliver , quite unethical by them .

Anyway , can't wait to play this game , transistioning from warcraft to starcraft 2 would be fun . Hope to see u guys around in bnet = )

yet to receive my copy from amazon
problem is my dvd rom aint working
is it possible i take the original copy and do an image copy from other pc
then install the game from image but still using the valid cdkey
no problemo with protection cds stuff right?

when i click create custom game, every map is there, but still i cant create...

then somemore i cant join custom game, or even play with AI, weird case

Don't need to download individual official maps anymore.

i am 1st time user, mean no play beta version before, i can click on the AI map and play it... just cannot invite fren to be clan....tonite will go and check it out again...

Soul-x, got some 1 same problem as u in official battlenet forum, blizz official answered with:

"If you're behind a firewall, try disabling it and re-launch the StarCraft II game client. It might do the trick."

Added on July 27, 2010, 5:14 pm@cutealex - u cant invite friends when u have no friends in ur list, add them up 1st. and i think friends in game will not be able to be invited gua... not sure. Or u can just make ur game public.

Thats what i'm gonna do, just borrow the ori cd from any friend and install in with my own cd key. Since someone said no need cd to play. Cause bought my CE for rm322 but in US. Gonna just play first while waiting for the box to arrive.

am i missing something? like a maps folder?

Different region different client =)

Although it is possible to alter certain files to switch regions
