Do you think Glomac Damansara will have the same issues? The road access seems much better...

it's too soon to say but it would seems glo is destined to fail.
if damen is any indication, glo is in for more challenging times.
glo is surrounded by malls. they have the tcm which is literally their neighbour, starling which is a stone throw away slated for opening end 2016 or next year, atria, paradigm (slightly further away), 1 utama, and the mutiara dsara malls.
the delayed opening is already signs of distress. usually die die retailers would wanna catch the christmas and/or cny crowds.
anyway, we should soon find out, won't we?

Glo isnt very big is it? Perhaps they'll catch the convenience-seeking daily shopper/meal crowd like the Big Grocers at Jln Batai Dmnsara Heights. No point trying to be another full-offering mall.

think most of kv sufffer oversupply of malls. but pj is especially bad.

Glo Mall is now like SStwo Mall last time, keep delaying opening, opened a very empty mall and shut down shortly. But i really hope Glo can do miracles and find an area of strength, BIG is quite unique in the market, hope it can help.

yes.. glo mall has already delayed several times of its opening.. other than B.I.G, I wonder what other tenants that they are able to secure ?

Saw two units with sizes 2,179 and 2,131 respectively in iproperty, I am wondering if anyone knows whether these units are facing the Malay cemetery?

Also want to ask the amount of service charges since the units are service apartment. Anyone mind to share the rate?
