After 36 mths if VP still not handover, Glomac will hv to pay penalty to purchasers. When is the 36 months ending?

Looks awful to have one unit with the balcony closed up. It affects the beauty of the facade of the building. The developer should not allow this. Otherwise, upon VP, other units owners will do the same and the entire facade is going to look terrible.

Developer will send out progress billing for final stage on 25 April 2014. VP expected in first half of May, depending on how fast u or your bank disburse the final payment.

If i m not wrong, developer will attach CF together when they send letter of delivery of vp. In same letter, they will also attach progress billing for the final 20%. Upon full settlement by purchaser's end financier (if any) and purchaser for misc charges, developer will send Notice of joint inspection to handover property to purchaser.

Glomac Residences is a better buy than Ascencia TTDI. Developer's selling price for Ascencia is abt Rm200 psf more than current market price of Glomac. Location wise, Glomac is better. There will be noise and dust pollution at Ascencia coz it is too near the main road and MRT station.

Glo Damansara mall's anchor tenant is BIG, Ben's Independent Grocer. It is a supermarket as well as food.

Confirmed tenants are BIG Ben supermarket, TCBY (The Country's Best Yogurt), Para Thai (Thai cuisine), Tan Ngan Lo Herbal Tea, Mrs Field Cookies. Another fast restaurant in the pipe line.
