Does anyone know if our key cards will continue to access all floors in the near future? This week alone I have had 4 people 'use' my key card to access other floors. Today was the most worrying, someone who was obviously riding the lifts waiting for a resident to get on 'used' my key card to access Level 6. I got into the lift in B2 and there was someone inside already, no floor buttons were selected. Once I scanned my card, he quickly moved forward and pressed the floor he wanted to get to.
I am concerned for our safety as firstly there are no CCTVs on individual floors, what more when all cards seem to be able to access all floor. I feel that it defeats the purpose to have an access card scanner in the lift.
I have given up going to the management to make suggestions or complains, it seems to fall on deaf ears. On two occasions I have made a complain for a defect in my unit, it still seems to be 'following up'. This has been almost 3 weeks now.

This property vped 3 years already. Not sure still can claim for defeat. If yes Glomac really did a good job, as spa stated defeat liability only two years but they extended.
For the key card issue, somwtime I didn't bring accesss card also will do that .
Btw your friend in which Glomac residensi group? Because I can't see that post in our Facebook closed group.

GLO Mall dying mall. Another SS2 Mall in the making?
One Utama just a couple of minutes away hence much expected but The Starling still doing OK.

Went to Super Tanker yesterday for dinner,
mall quite empty.. other than a place to shop for furniture lol

from the looks of it, this mall is just like SS2 mall.. very low tenant occupancy rate and almost close to ZERO footfall..

Kinda remind me of Encorp Strand mall, but on a slightly better side
