how much you guys estimate this condo will be after completed?

Is GD retail open for sale?
or Glomac will manage it?

If Ascencia consider TTDI, so does GD also?

it takes 1 year plus to sell the remaining few units.
at 2011 oct only left not much units.
now still got unit for sale.
but price had increased actually, i remember my friend bought the 1800sqf unit at 1.2 mil plus.
now selling at 1.4m
not bad!!

saw some MRT linked companies set thier office there

1000 psf is still possible
for small unit facing uptown. 800+ sqf with 2 rooms.

the restaurant boss really a risk taker.
Doubt the business will be good at the moment

this is my first own stay property. mine is 1010 sqf. block b

look at it most of owners here plan to rent.
how much will the rental be?
by looking at tropics, studio renting at 2.5k
GD 3k shouldnt be any problem right?

and surrounding grade A offices have any big mnc/corporate rent there?

But tropics studio already rent at 2500-2800 fully furnished.
GD is more higher class than it right?
just that no cinema at downstairs.

So worry the retail mall will follow SS2mall foot step.
