It seems that Steam decline my credit card even though I have few RMs balance. I'm just trying to purchase $3.74 USD game. How long will they unlock this or do I need to contact their support too?

Have contacted them and got something like auto-generated email, do I have to reply or wait? The email contains something like this:

Theres probably a limit of transactions that steam puts on ur acc.. so yea u have to let them know and they'll release it .. stupid but then .. oh well

But I still can't purchase using Maybank debit card even though I can purchase through Moneybookers that have verified by visa secure payment feature. I wonder if Maybank debit card cant work like this on Steam.
