For PayPal, it's just the normal price with exchange rate applied.

For my case, the rate is the same 'coz PayPal will charge the credit to my bank & it'll still follow the bank's exchange rate.

I found that PayPal always charge higher than what CC charge you.. So, I always prefer CC rather than PP.. huhu

Based on the various forums that I went to, Steam do accept debit card but I'm afraid you'll have to wait for someone with experience on purchasing Steam games with debit card to clarify further. IIRC, a few LYN guys in previous thread failed to purchase via debit card.

some bank might need you to activate your debit for online purchase

for instace my friend maybank that day, he need go atm and copy some pin number then call service then activate bla bla then can use

other banks im not sure

I'm sorry if I somehow gave you the impression that I'm dissing debit card user. sad.gif I think PayPal is a good alternative for those without CC but alas, LYN has banned PayPal sale so I guess PayPal is not that accessible anymore here.
