would like to find out from u guys on this POHD. anybody using this POHD connected to a DTS, Dolby Surround, TrueHD AVR??

if let say i have some DTS/Dolby Surround/TrueHD movies and i connect this POHD to all those audio supported AVR. will the audio come out from the AVR in Stereo or Surround Sound??

i know....it the source audio is DTS 5.1 or DTS-MA?? will the audio out delivered from the AVR in these formats??

Please note that for instance the "Corega CG WLUSBNM" is also sold as the "SABRENT USB A11N WIRELESS ADAPTER" and also as the "TRENDNET TEW 649UB WIRELESS".
The "Corega CG-WLUSB300NM" is also sold as the Asus USB-N10 and some more.

So as stated before, the above wireless dongles should surely work. But probably many, many more.........
as long as your wireless dongle uses the same driver as the Realtek RTL8192S and equivalents

if not mistaken anything DTS-XX (MA/ES/HD) will be downmix to core DTS. Older generation of AVR should be able to pick it up.

Unless u want full HD sound then u need a newer chip POHD (wait for firmware) and AVR that support full DTS-HD and TrueHD

i'm a ACRyan pohd mini owner here....still waiting for the firmware release to support for DTS-HD or TrueHD passthru since 1 year ago til today....looks like it wun happen...our friendly competitor Xtreamer already can support d....abit regret buying this media player.....

Hi i got a question for all the sifus here
recently i just downloaded a movie with ass file(Soft Subs)
i try loading it in the acryan but it just wont load ...
i double checked and all the names are the same.. when i watch on pc.. i could see the sub..but when i load it on acryan..i could not turn it on at all?
anybody got a solution?

Don't be disappointed because you need latest Amp and good speakers to enjoy HD audio which will cost you another >RM5K. The old version still can support DTS pass thru which is good enough for normal people as us lor. Btw, if you want to know more about HD Audio info and other functions of POHD, pls join us for the fun workshop ya. Free gift will be given out and you may win away new DVR wor.

Hmmm....I've already own an AVR....just too dissapointed....summore previously I'm a WDTV owner....I think im gonna put this aside to watch only RMVB movies....I bought this unit is bcoz they've mention in their forum that it will support HD audio....but they did not mention that they have new units coming out....maybe u can feedback this to Mr Eugene. I cant make it to the workshop.
