Hi Friend, which brand of external hdd u used? Some of external hdd got firmware inside which will prevent this copy function, like buffalo. Pls try on thumdrive and if it can work, this means the external hdd got problem.

it is a beta version, already mentioned some teething problems.
i downloaded, ready to install but now, thinking maybe better to wait for next version.

the sound just mute a second and came back.

I used both the thumbdrive and exteral drive also can't copy.
But the shop i bought it from managed to copy ONE movie for me in - so means should be working rite?
Or must i update the firmware, etc?

Pls scan and fix your hard disk. If this still cannot work, than safe upgrade the firmware. It should solve your problem.

I've been thinking of purchasing this but still could not figure out which will be better.

Is it true that Playon HD2 supports BT downloads and the mini does not ?

and is it easy to setup the torrent ?

also would there be any other important feature I will be missing if I get the HD mini 2 ?

hi guys,i currently planning to get HD mini or Mini2, and the purpose i want to bought this media player is to play RMVB drama and 1080p movie which most of the file size is more than 8gb and above, wondering does HD mini or mini2 support 1080p movie more then 8gb above? because i try do some homework in previous thread,found some file that more than 8gb not supported.

dun worry - yes and yes. a player that can't do that is not a real media player!

thepiratebay is the good site to find the torrent files and to download torrent file you can use eg µTorrent. but you will need to have Unifi to have good download speed as streamyx is restricting / blocking BT download.

I'm using POHD and it plays the 1080p MKV files flawlessly ....... my biggest file is around 20GB and quite a number of them is more than 10GB.

already try scan and fix takes me hours, more than 6 hours, but result came out without any problem.

now some file hang when playing on POHD and some are not.

sometime restart the POHD seam to fix the problem??
did i nned to restart everytime when it hang?

any suggestion?

If no Unifi, can subscribe to VPN service. It will cost you more but it get up to 150KB/s on 2Mb/s Streamyx.

do you mean POHD hangs or the file itself hang but POHD is still working ?

if some of the files hang when playing, then there is a possibility that the HDD is the problem i.e. starting to get corrupted (bad sectors etc) even though current scanning result is not showing any problem. I think it is better to make a backup copy of your files before it is too late.
