What is the size of your external harddisk? Most media player cannot access 3TB external harddisk.

You have to partition the 3TB drive to at least two partition with each partition less then 2TB...

Just bought a pohd, I tried putting in my 2TB seagate HDD with movie files but it seams that the pohd cannot detect it...I also tried it in my enclosure and still no luck. any idea how do i go about this?

can pc read the seagate hdd?
can pohd read some other smaller drive?
if yes and yes, that means something not right about the seagate hdd compatibility probably due to formatting.

i remember long time ago, some reported acryan can't read buffalo hdds, something to do with the partitioning.
if you must, reformat the hdd at the pohd. that's bad news... wipe out files, take hours to reformat. not sure if this is the only way.

i have 2 units 2tb western digital ext hdd, both work fine with pohd and mini w/o doing anything.

pc can read the seagate...pohd can read my 500GB WD essential ext hdd...

I m not sure about Veolo but you must have a VPN active first, then u can manually set the DNS on your unit to bypass through your VPN to view Netflix content
