I think seri puteri quality is not really up to the standard.

The soon hand over new project that closest to Seri Puteri name Q1 Condo at Permaisuri is far better this.

Among 3 developer i.e. danau lumayan, ppc glomac and amber in bandar sri permaisuri area i think amber is the worst.. all amber project has no quality even for condominium project such as seri puteri.

i really upset with amber.. i hope people out there think twice before buy any house under amber e.g. amber homes

As u can see now, amber cannot meet the 3 years project timeline.. they tried to pretend that house is 100% completed and u can get ur key.. In fact, water is not ready, pool and fence are still under construction..

Last 2 month they were very busy with grill project.. Profit from cost cutting seri project looks not enough, they need more from the grill business.

The basic water supply not ready. How can they just handover like that. They do it that way just to avoid LAD compensation claim by the buyers. If the CF not ready, complain to the office and get compensation. If they don't layan complain to HDA.

Pls arrange the date.. go to amber office, ask for some compensation or at least refund our maintenance fee for Oct..

They tried to put a blame on buyer, bcoz we didnt sign Syabas form.. Last 2 month, went there to discuss about grill, they never told me about Syabas.

Syabas is transparent to us, developer should know & understand Syabas procedure,not the buyer..

Suggest consult the lawyer's advise before attempt to Dev's office.

I've called DBKL with regard to the bad handover and was advised to contact the relevant ministry in Putrajaya. Anyone interested to form a group to raise grievances with regard to defects and improper/incomplete handover could PM me their contact number and name.

The swimming pool not even have water but already hand over key... Really irresponsible developer!

I could there are even mud in the pool... Haizzz....

Already paid maintenance fees for October, but the security still advice us parking outside, due inside condo construction on going yet to accomplish.

Grill renovation deposit have to pay RM2.5K...? mahal ...

I'm in... but when??? need to apply leave..hehe.. Call media e.g. newspaper, tv.. Lets tarnish amber's image..

lift is SIGMA only maa, not Schindler..

come today.. security allow me to park inside.. haha i think amber is spying us from this forum.

if ur house get more than one parking, i advice u to check how your parking is assigned.. what i saw, car will be queuing in a same row. Never found this kind of parking system in other condo.. Only in Amber project...

me and other 2 friends decided not to buy grill from amber. instead we hv appointed other contractor, with better design and quality(hopefully)..

most important, cost is cheaper than amber. Anybody interested, do PM me.

never trust amber product anymore..
