There are 3 packages.. cost is around rm1.5k to rm4k..grill for main door, sliding door, windows and yard..design same as putra suria

For yard, i hv requested developer for sliding window instead of grill.. so i have more privacy when i do cooking.. and they will come out with new quotation.

VP is between end of aug or end of sept..

went to seri puteri just now.. looking for the progress. still lot of works need to do n i'm sure of we can get our key by end of sept..

also i managed to get bathroom for master bedroom (type A5)pic from agent. i dont who is very very very stupid (the appointed architect or amber itself) designing this kind of bathroom..



the lift brand is SIGMA, among the cheapest brand i think. always give problem and high maintenance..

there is very limited parking outside, if u hv more than one car, as u need to compete with lrt user and taxi drivers...

laminated timber floor color is diferent with putra suria, a bit dark..

yes bro, thats why we need door. the issue here is the way they designing the bathroom, i'm not saying that the bathroom door is transparent where u can see the toilet bowl at all time..

the problem here is every time u enter the bathroom the door will hit the toilet bowl.. so this will damage both door and toilet bowl, for long term..

You can call the valuer. Just provide them info such as property name, location, size and etc. They will give u estimated market value.

Went to show house yesterday.. the offered package is quite expensive, better to buy from outside.

Water is not ready, water meter also not yet installed by SYABAS contractor.. Unfortunately, we still need to pay maintenance fee for Oct..

The lift is exactly same as used by PPR.. Sigma brand. One indon worker told me the lift always give a problem, sometime it took one week for repair..

Among 3 developer i.e. danau lumayan, ppc glomac and amber in bandar sri permaisuri area i think amber is the worst.. all amber project has no quality even for condominium project such as seri puteri.

i really upset with amber.. i hope people out there think twice before buy any house under amber e.g. amber homes

As u can see now, amber cannot meet the 3 years project timeline.. they tried to pretend that house is 100% completed and u can get ur key.. In fact, water is not ready, pool and fence are still under construction.. mad.gif

Last 2 month they were very busy with grill project.. Profit from cost cutting seri project looks not enough, they need more from the grill business.

They tried to put a blame on buyer, bcoz we didnt sign Syabas form.. Last 2 month, went there to discuss about grill, they never told me about Syabas.

Syabas is transparent to us, developer should know & understand Syabas procedure,not the buyer..

if ur house get more than one parking, i advice u to check how your parking is assigned.. what i saw, car will be queuing in a same row. Never found this kind of parking system in other condo.. Only in Amber project... biggrin.gif
