Anybody knows about Seri Puteri condo?
It’s a new leasehold project from Amber Resources Sdn Bhd. It has about 200+ units and priced from about RM200k. sorry, dun have info on the sizes available. I called them, they said it’s near Cheras LRT. Looks reasonably priced imo.

lauched 1/7, today call up they say left bumi lots only...disappointing , i been waiting so long even i went to they office many time n left my contact to them, they promise call me, end up same answer same reply with danau lumayan too ...i need a new house in this area, y so difficult?? y must allocate to investor not to needor....sob

Wel well, just did the call, non-bumi all gone, tinggal bumi unit saja

non-bumi price 237k to 275k, 1010sf, 263 units in total.

last nite semua signed snp, now bumi unit going fast

this is classic case of fast hand fast leg also not good enough. SA said yesterday already non-bumi agents took and signed.

location, lrt cheras on the football field side.

market is hungry for property...

now day property buyer don’t use fast hand fast leg anymore… they use “relationship” ….so u must build a good relationship with developer

how near to the Cheras LRT ??? walking distance or driving..driving also can consider near...

I went to site, walking distance is just less than 1 min. Is just 10m distance to LRT.

So near, good for people who dun have transport...................
So sad no more unit available...........

all non-bumi seems to be whacking any property available.

looks like good location...but doesnt it near to high tension cable ??? still ok ?? investment purpose..ahaha

everyone just care the LRT station rather thn the cable, however the cable not that close to the condo.

Buying an "existing" LRT station better thn those project with word of "proposed" LRT station.

correct....attraction is towards the LRT station n better existing station...
the cable is about <100m..unit left (bumi) all facing the cable..other view sold out...

wallaaa... manage to get 1 unit lower floor KLCC View..
now left only Lake View for bumis..

need opinions from sifu's here whether my decisions can be
considered as GOOD buy tho? am attracted to the Cheras LRT
station just a few metres away... pheww...

how much u brought & which floor for the KLCC view? wonder how u get a unit, cos i went there developer said all non-bumi unit gone.

True enuff, non bumi units all sold out d.. only left bumi's...
my luck i guess to secured KLCC view wit covered parking lot...
