tested many MKV files i have... basically 99% can play..
i think depends on the MKV file u download which audio they use..
luckily most of the internet MKV file use dolby digital which supported by our LG.. not bad..

32" for RM1700 is pretty high... 37" is hard to find in market due to price is very close with 42" i guess should be around RM2000+-.

LG LD460 in action.

DTS not supported.. sien... but however is good if u know which type of file to donwload, 1080p AC3 is working fine.

standard warranty for this LD460 is 2 years... actually all LCD by LG is 2 years... ^^
yes confirmed do not support DTS, but there's always a option to digital output the audio to your own sound system if it support DTS decoding.
i've check C530 thread seems they do not support AAC sound format and need to convert to AC3 while we do not support DTS but can run AAC..

if you like to download *.MKV...
now can try the this format *.m2ts which also supported by our LG LD460.
the best part of this video format its................
1080p movies compressed to only 4GB with dolby digital audio.
just rename it to *.TS and bomb it works like charm!!

so far enjoying it daily to watch topgear... 1080p mkv.. and the latest format i mentioned earlier... m2ts..
only 4GB download much faster compare to 1080p mkv size from 8gb - 20gb per movie...
now i'm trying to source a decoder which can decode DTS to my edifier R501 5.1 sound system..

i got mine in onking puchong for 2450..
u can try a shop in kepong next to kaka bak kut teh (the famous BKT in kepong)..
they give pretty cheap price.

erm... the time i bought RM2450 consider reasonable le.. and that's the lowest i found.
coz some shop even quoted me RM2600-RM2700.. crazy..
u can try ur luck... go to the shop.. ask them how much.. e.g. RM2XXX then u said some shop quoted me RM2300 only wo~
see can he lower down the price.. if canot move to another shop and try again..

use the wizard to set to the color u like lo.. pretty easy..

is it because your didn't select which file to play??
use the select file function to play your video e.g. select disc 1 and disc 2.. then play it should play accordingly.

it has optical out... if u want the TV to output the sound..
problem is you need a AV receiver or amp with optical in port...
not only can listen to astro, it only plays those DTS audio to your AV receiver when we use USB on TV.

hmm.. i suspect it might be your battery inside the TV gong.. u might need to call LG to replace the batt.

to select the file u want to play..
after connect your USB to TV, go to movie list..
u can see your EXT HDD folders.. then u can see the bottom panel "mark mode"
select the mark mode and it allows u to select the file u want to play and start play lo...
is just like creating a playlist.
