Hey the time on my LD460 is also reset everytime i switch off the tv.
Did u guy switch off the main supply or leave it at standy mode always.
As for my case, I totally switch off the main power.
If yes, hav to call LG service centre lo

I think is not battery problem...is more like memory, once u switch off main switch, direct die.

wats the warranty for this product ?

My LG 37LC7R lcd tv bought slightly over 2 years ago has now gone kaput!!! Circuit board issue which the repairer indicated over $500 to repair it and i did not think of the need to buy extended warranty at the time of purchase from Carrefour. This was bcos my 11 yrs old Daewoo which i still using now has not fail me yet. So those whom are buying, pls pay a bit more for extended warranty, dun follow my mistake.

just wondering if the built in player looks as good as it can cuz i think i saw some movies better on a older model LG I had (or maybe its bcuz there's not many settings to adjust video wise on the built player)

do do you keep the dynamic cotrast on high or mid on most content?
does using it at all can effect poor viewing angle? bcuz picture looks really bad sometimes viewing from the side (and not even in  big room)
this is my main prob with this tv but i hear others arent having that problem

played some hd content through usb.

is there any way to fix mkv's that wont play at all i mean unplayable (not the dts issue)

i'm using external player now, get YangXi HDPRO frm LYN forumer. Cant notice the different in picture / sound quality coz I'm using HDMI output. But external player definately support more video/audio files types. One more thing i noticed is RMVB files tend to be more brighter, not sure is my player problem o wat.

The bad thing bout LG is there's no firmware updates unlike Samsung.

juz bought it yesterday..so far what can i say:-

love lGmedia player..even with basic function
the colour is nice

but i found out that this model doesnt have svideo output..oni composite, component, hdmi,usb digital output..is there better cable to improve my astro pq..standard composite kinda pixelated. normal small silver astro box decoder.

Alright, I'm buying the 32LD460. Price is RM1488, I think it's a pretty good deal (Full HD for that price, seems like value for money to me). Waiting for them to deliver tomorrow!

Sorry I forgot to mention, the shop is the LG store in Suria KLCC (it's on the same level as the cinema). When I bought mine there's only 2 units left (not including the display set). I dunno if they re-stock because when I survey the price last week they seem to be restocking (please don't quote me, it is better if you ask them yourself if they have stock).

look like LD420 is hide the function, there is solution from webpage to unhide that fuction 
but i got mkv/rmvb media player already (bought from yangxi)...........

I think LG din pay for DTS license on this model. It doesn't look like they are going to update the firmware at this moment
