goodday to you all...

I will be servicing my ride and need you all to advice on it.

my ride, 80k++ milage, 3.5 yrs.
Planning to do a Major service on it(I do 130~150km/h for 1/3 of the milage @_@)

Need advice on how much it will cost to do these:-

1. Brake - the screetch is so loud that I feels like i'm crushing aunty under my back wheels. OMG!!! Other then changing the brake pads is there other stuffs that i need to change also to kill the sound? (previously mechanic washed the whold brake for me, and it only works for 1 weeks.. after that the sound is back!! T_T).

2. Handbrake - the handbrake light is always on.. not sure why. then from time to time it will goes off.. and then back on. OMg! something wrong with the light? the handbrake still works fine thou.

3. Suspension? - my car is pulling to the left when driving... does this have anything to do with the suspension system? cos i go do the alignment several shops, all set beautiful also will go pulling to the left, not sure why...? advice?

4. Engine - Idle sucks... cold start the RPM drop till 0.5kRPM.. does not happen when new car that time ;P ... also sometime the RPM will stuck at 1.5kRPM OMG... just get my aircond fix.. and the aircond guy said that the kapita(not sure how to spell it) problem that the rev so low. advice?

5. Engine - 80k already.. need other changes? other then the normal oil, air filter, oil filter.

6. Engine startup - previously.. start engine, just twist the key once.. done.. engine is on. now need twist,, let the engine cry like baby few times only start. OMG!??!?

any fix that you think will require for the ride to make sure the ride will not die on highway?? please feel free to add in.

I'm not thinking on performance upgrade, but is ok with minor tweaks for fuel efficiency.

my aircond blower motor also being a sakai now... very convenient lo... after radiator fan ok... aircon fan wanna kong... got other better blower that can PNP in iswara? kancil one damn strong...

Is it normal for those plastic armrest to crack? Found hairline crack on all 4 doors

Good alternative if you have fan probs like adam565 3rd pic shows the mounting mod and fan connector. Should be easy if u wana DIY
your self . As you can see the fan NGAM-NGAM fit the radiator there . Anything is better than the standard fan

1. change brake pad... check if disc needs skimming or not... make sure u fit back the brake pad shim (the metal backing plate) together with the new brake pad... use compressed blower and blow away all brake dust... service ur calipers if necessary (such as leaking or uneven brake pad wear on left n right)....

2. check ur hand brake switch located somewhere at the center console towards the back....

3. check ur suspension bushes... lower arm bush... tie rod end... absorber top mount bush and so on...

4. kapita = carburetor... service ur carburetor if necessary... check the ILC and FICD if it is working fine... check for vacuum leaks such as dislodged vacuum hose...

5. if still running fine with no oil leaks or decreasing engine oil level, jz maintain regular service can adi.... 80,000km is time for timing belt change... change the water pump as well....

6. service/clean carburetor, change new air filter, change new fuel filter, change new sparkplugs, make sure distributor and sparkplug cable is in good condition...

as for carburetor tuning, can find unker fred... fat unker alwiz hangout in kepong area....

inside blower or the condensor fan??...

lmst or old saga iswara??... saga iswara handrest soft like nen nen wont crack so easily one wor...

bro cata...i read ur blog..one of your blog mention about speed sensor..izit necessary iswara convert injection need speed sensor?
n wwhat is the usage or speed sensor..
my meter did not have speed sensor and check engine light(coz ori iswara meter mar)..izit ok?

The UK specs bro. Cant find any half cut for it also, Do you think can mod to use wira or any other car back armrest a?

i installed adi my speed sensor... i also not sure its working or not... lolz.. as long as ur idling rpm not too low, it wont have much problem i guess...

mod other car armrest to fit ur car will make it look weird.... haha... jz find any good condition iswara armrest can adi laa....

i been searching at the sagaiswara club and everywhere but still cant find it bro. The spacing for the original saga and uk specs armrest seems to lari a bit

After my car came back from workshop, now the cold start idle is a bit better. Not much jerking now...weird..

WTA, how much does it cost to repair a "bumped" front bonnet and a front signal?

my car got a "smack" from someone and left a visible mark on front bonnet where you want to insert your finger to open the front bonnet. any recomended workshop that i can send it for repair?

and for the front signal, is it attach to the head light too? do i need to change the whole thing(head light+signal)? it is working, only thing is the glass broken.

Bros,i just read on a blog that its possible to remove the rear seat but i cant find the guide / instruction for it. Can anyone kindly enlighten me on how to remove it? I want to check if there is a rust spot below it or not

Update : Nvm ,found out that only 2 screws hold it together. Thanks
