that goes for only headphones or iem also?

Added on April 5, 2011, 5:45 pmif budget max is RM150, if all i care bout is clarity, sound quality(SQ), flatness( im able to boost stuff myself using EQ), dun look at comfort yet, just SQ, shud i go for IEM or headphones? ( 1st time venturing into audiophile)

Dont pening2 to choose iem or headphone, both have pro n cons. Just follow ur heart, what u like most? Is it iem or headphone? U have to answer this question by urself. if u ask the question here, each of us have diff perspective and preferences. some said iem is better, and some said headphone is better. So it is ur decision to choose. We here to help u on recommendation of what best iem or headphone suits ur needs.

get urself a pair of recabled ksc 75 in that case..
altho it's slightly more exp..just get it n u wont regret.

the retail price would be:

Have you heard any of these headphones personally including the AKG K450 or are you recommending based on pricing alone?

But 450 reviews are pretty bad :/

Design award but not sound quality award. I believe he is looking for something that has good sound quality, not design.

Ha The fact being he was hoping for a pair of headphones that looks like the AKG K450, sounds better and cost cheaper.

Until now not a single person can recommend a pair of headphones that looks like the AKG K450, which is cheaper, better sounding and swear by it. The truth is most of you here has not experienced ALL the headphones you are recommending including the AKG K450. So how do you know that the particular pair of headphones that is cheaper and sounds better It is just like cowboys shooting from the hips.
